According to Art. 13 section 1 and 2 of the GDPR* I hereby inform that:
1. Information regarding the Controller and the Data Protection Officer
The Controller of Your personal data is the Poznań Sports and Recreation Centres (POSiR) with a registered office in Poznań at ul. Spychalskiego 34, 61-553 Poznań, Poland, (hereinafter referred to as ‘We’).
We have designated the Data Protection Officer, with whom You may contact in the written form, submitting Your correspondence to the aforementioned address with a note: ‘Data Protection Officer’, under the following phone number: 618357917 or via e-mail to the following address: iod@posir.poznan.pl.
2. Purpose of the processing for which Your personal data are intended and legal basis for the processing
Your personal data shall be processed for the purpose of your participation in the competition including, but not limited to, entering into a contract with you and fulfilling its terms and conditions as laid down in the competition rules and regulations, performing financial settlements, carrying out competition activities, providing you with relevant information regarding the competition.
Your data shall be processed on the following basis:
-Art. 6 section 1 (a) of the GDPR* (the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes) - if you have given us your consent to process your personal data (to be included in the competition results, to have your personal image data processed, to receive marketing content),
- Art. 6 section 1 (b) of the GDPR* (processing is necessary for the performance of a contract, to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract),
b) Art. 6 section 1 (c) of the GDPR* (processing is necessary for compliance with to fulfil a legal obligation incumbent on the controller).
3. Recipients to whom your personal data have been or shall be disclosed
In certain situations, we have a right to transfer Your data further - if necessary, so that we can perform our services.
We may transfer Your data to the processors, with which we have concluded the contracts, in particular:
- on rendering servicing of the IT systems used by us,
- on using electronic mail servers and archiving it (so-called electronic mail hosting),
- on IT servicing of the competition, including, inter alia, time measurement,
- printing of bib numbers,
- making promotional films and photographs,
- on damaging archive documents.
In connection with the making of electronic payments and the payment of prizes, the recipients of your data shall be the electronic payment company and the bank.
The recipient of your data may also be your insurer (if you were to suffer an accident) and public authorities that carry out responsibilities on the basis of applicable provisions of law
Furthermore, if You have ticked any of the above consents (to be included in the competition results, to have your personal data processed in the form of an image), the recipient of your data may be the owner of the Facebook social networking site under the terms in respect of data stipulated by Facebook available at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy, the owner of the Instagram social networking site under the terms available at https://help.instagram.com/519522125107875 and the owner of the Twitter social networking site under the terms available at https://twitter.com/de/privacy and the owner of YouTube service under the terms available at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=pl&gl=pl.
4. Period for which the personal data is stored
Having achieved the previously mentioned primary purpose, for which Your data has been collected, the data shall be processed for the archival purposes within a period compliant with the applicable archival law provisions. In case of ticking any of the consents above, your data will be processed until You withdraw Your consent to its processing..
5. Rights You have as the data subjects related to processing Your personal data
You are entitled to request us to exercise Your right of access as the data subject, right to rectification, right to erasure or right to restriction of processing, right to object, right to data portability – pursuant to the applicable law provisions.
If you have given us consent to process your personal data you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on this consent before its withdrawal. You can withdraw your consent by unchecking the checkbox in your runner panel - in case the panel is no longer active please contact the Competition Office.
You have a right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Protection of Personal Data Office related to processing Your Personal data, if the You consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the provisions of the GDPR.
6. Obligation to provide data
Providing your personal data is a prerequisite for a participation in the Competition. You are obliged to provide it, however a failure to provide your data shall result in the inability to participate the competition. Giving a consent to the processing of your image, the inclusion of your data in the competition results or receiving marketing content is not required.
7. Transferring personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA, profiling and automated decision-making
We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area, subject to the transnational nature of the data flow on the Internet, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube services. These services may transfer your data outside the European Economic Area, where other provisions on the protection of personal data apply.
These services may process your image using technical methods for facial biometrics, as well as process your data in an automated manner and profile your data.
